You can elect to attend this Deep Dive Friday only, or the 2 day Symposium or you can attend both the Symposium and Deep Dive Friday. Unfortunately we are not offering single day passes for the Symposium on 3 & 4 May.

Can I purchase a ticket on-site at the Symposium?

Yes, you can, however purchasing on-site will attract an administration fee. See ticket prices above.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or am unable to attend?

Refunds are not available, however, as the ticket holder, you are free to find a substitute up until April 20. If you are unable to find a substitute, we will switch your registration over to on-line – meaning you can access the recordings of the ‘on-stage’ sessions approximately 3 weeks after the conclusion of the Symposium. No refunds will be given should a price difference be incurred. You can view the T&C’s here.

Which meals are provided at the Symposium?

During Symposium hours the following is provided: Day 1 – Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea. Day 2 – Morning Tea and Lunch. Barista coffee sponsored by Torrens University will also be available. The NHAA Awards for Excellence Dinner to be held on 3 May is a separate ticketed event.

Will my dietary requirement be catered for?

Sometimes, in order to satisfy a particular dietary requirement we need to provide catering on a separate special dietary table away from the main buffet. We have noted in the past that some of these specially prepared meals go untouched and unfortunately end up in the bin. We are conscious of food waste and ask that you are too. If you have complex requirements such as allergies or are vegan, we need to know this so we can arrange appropriate catering for you which will be served on a table separate from the main buffet stations. We will be providing an extensive array of foods which are Gluten and Dairy Free as well as plenty of vegetarian options for the duration of the summit. Those without any dietary requirements will also have a wide variety of food to choose from. Dietary preferences – ie: a dislike for a particular food cannot be catered for however, there’s sure to be plenty of alternative foods on offer for you.

How and when will I receive my CPD Hours and how many will I receive?

You will receive a total of 20 CPD hours. If you are an NHAA Member, your hours will automatically be added to your NHAA Membership upon conclusion of the Symposium. If you are not a member, you will receive a certificate during the week after the symposium has concluded.

I will be driving, will there be on-site parking?

There is no parking at the Sydney Masonic Centre. The closest parking station, Secure Parking, is located a short 2 minute walk from SMC. Refer to their website for details and rates

Will there be workshops and how do I join?

Yes! There will be a number of exciting and engaging workshops available. You will be able to book to attend workshops when you arrive on-site

Is the Sydney Masonic Centre an accessible venue?

Yes it is. Should you be considering attending we also suggest that you make your enquiries with the venue to ensure that it’s right for you.

Is there a dress code for the Symposium?

We ask that you wear comfortable, smart clothing.
