Is there special pricing for Students?

Yes, NHAA student members can purchase Symposium tickets at any time at the special discounted rate of $365.00 or $495

The Student Value Pack – Pay in full for $495.00 – includes a ticket to the Symposium & NHAA Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner

Is there a discounted ticket bundle option available for purchase?

Our ‘Member Value Pack’ includes a ticket to the Symposium and the Awards Dinner.

If you would like to attend only 1 of the 2 events, you will be required to purchase separate tickets.

Can I purchase a ticket on-site at the Symposium?

If needed, tickets can be purchased onsite, though an additional administration fee will apply. We’d also appreciate receiving all final items at least two weeks before the event date to give us plenty of time to prepare everything for a smooth and successful event.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or am unable to attend?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available. However, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to a substitute delegate up until 30 April 2027.

If you are unable to find a substitute, we can convert your registration to an online access registration, allowing you to view recordings of the on-stage sessions approximately three weeks after the Symposium concludes.

Please note that no refunds or partial refunds will be provided if there is a difference in value between registration types.

What Catering is included at the Symposium?

Throughout the Symposium, delegates will also have access to barista-made coffee, water and a selection of herbal teas. Your Symposium registration includes catering during official Symposium hours:

*Please note that the NHAA Awards for Excellence Dinner, held on Saturday 29 May 2027, is a separate ticketed event. This special evening includes a sit-down dinner with beer, wine, and soft drink beverages, as we celebrate excellence within the naturopathic profession.

Will my dietary requirement be catered for?

Sometimes, in order to satisfy a particular dietary requirement we need to provide catering on a separate special dietary table away from the main buffet. We have noted in the past that some of these specially prepared meals go untouched and unfortunately end up in the bin. We are conscious of food waste and ask that you are too. We will be providing an extensive array of foods which are Gluten and Dairy Free as well as plenty of vegetarian options for the duration of the summit.

Those without any dietary requirements will also have a wide variety of food to choose from. Dietary preferences – ie: a dislike for a particular food cannot be catered for however, there’s sure to be plenty of alternative foods on offer for you.

*If you have complex requirements such as allergies or are vegan, we need to know this so we can arrange appropriate catering for you which will be served on a table separate from the main buffet stations.

If you are attending the NHAA Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner, please indicate any and all dietary requirements in your booking as this is a sit-down dinner.

How and when will I receive my CPD Hours and how many will I receive?

You will receive a total of 20 CPD hours for the Symposium if you attend in person. If you are an NHAA Member, your hours will automatically be added to your NHAA Membership upon conclusion of the Symposium. If you are not a member, you will receive a certificate during the week after the symposium has concluded.

Will I receive less CPD points if I don’t attend in person?

If you choose to purchase the post event Symposium recording as opposed to attending in person you receive a total of 16 points.

I will be driving, will there be on-site parking?

There is limited parking at the Melbourne Pullman Albert Park. Refer to their website for details and rates.

Will there be workshops and how do I join?

Yes! The Symposium will feature a range of exciting and interactive workshops designed to complement the main program and provide additional learning opportunities.

Workshop bookings will open during the Symposium and can be made on-site. To make the process easy, delegates will be able to view workshop details, availability, and booking information through the official Symposium Event App, which will be released closer to the event.

Is there accommodation available on-site or nearby ?

There is an abundance of accommodation options within walking distance of the Melbourne Pullman Albert Park. NHAA is currently negotiating a special discounted attendee rate for nearby properties. Booking links will be available soon – please check back later.

Is the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park an accessible venue?

Yes, it is. The NHAA Symposium is held across multiple areas of the venue, all of which are easily accessible via two lifts and stairways.

If you are considering attending and have specific accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting the venue directly to discuss your needs and ensure the facilities are suitable and comfortable for you.

Is there a dress code for the Symposium?

We recommend wearing smart casual, comfortable attire throughout the Symposium. As you’ll be moving between sessions and networking events, comfortable clothing and footwear are encouraged.

For the NHAA Awards for Excellence, you’re welcome to dress up if you wish and the choice is entirely yours.

Where can I find Symposium up-dates?

We are constantly up-dating the NHAA web-site with new information as it comes to hand.

Will the Symposium be live streamed?

We will not be live streaming the Symposium. Recordings of the Symposium will be available for purchase approximately 3 weeks after the conclusion of the Symposium. Cost is $530 for Members and $700 for Non Members. If you attended the Symposium, you will automatically receive complementary access to the recordings. Workshops will not be recorded.

I’ll be flying in from interstate – what time will the Symposium conclude?

The Symposium is due to conclude at approximately 3:30pm on Sunday 30 May 2027.
