1. PARTIES
   • 1.1 Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). ABN 25 000 009 932. Address: Suite 2.10, 46-50 Kent Road, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia; and
   • 1.2 Delegate / Sponsor: An individual/corporate in their private capacity.
2. TERMS OF REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE
   • 2.1 Online Registration Portal: Registration takes place on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • 2.2 Prices, Registration and Payment: Prices for attendance are published on the NHAA Website and may be subject to change from time to time. It is the responsibility of the Delegate to ensure that they understand the relevant pricing. Registration fees are published on the NHAA website and may be subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the Delegate to ensure they understand the applicable pricing category before registering. Registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Credit card processing fees may apply.
   • 2.3 Get in Quick Registration: Get In Quick registrations open on 14 September 2026 and close on 23 November 2026. Delegates may pay the full registration fee at the time of booking or elect to pay in two (2) instalments. Each instalment represents 50% of the registration fee. The first instalment is non-refundable. The second instalment must be paid by the date advised at the time of registration. An administration fee of $35.00 applies to registrations paid by instalments. Failure to pay the second instalment by the due date will result in cancellation of the registration and forfeiture of the first instalment. By proceeding to payment, you understand and accept these conditions.
   • 2.4 It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the NHAA, to alter the advertised content, program, timing, venue, or speakers of the NHAA Naturopathic Symposium 2027. The NHAA reserves the right to do so at any time and will advise delegates of any significant changes.
   • 2.5 Substitutions: If a Delegate is unable to attend the NHAA Naturopathic Symposium 2027, a substitute delegate may attend in their place. Substitutions may be arranged up until 30 April 2027 by contacting the NHAA Office via email at nhaa@nhaa.org.au.
   • 2.6 Refunds: If a Delegate is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer their registration to another person, no refund will be issued. Where possible, the NHAA may convert the registration to online access, enabling the Delegate to view available Symposium recordings following the event. No refund, credit, or partial refund will be provided where there is a difference in registration value.
   • 2.7 NHAA Member pricing is available exclusively to current NHAA Members. Members are not permitted to purchase registrations on behalf of non-members using member rates. Registrations purchased using member pricing for non-members may be cancelled without refund.
   • 2.8 Refunds will not be issued for non attendance.
   • 2.9 NHAA Awards for Excellence Dinner – If a Delegate is unable to attend the NHAA Awards for Excellence Dinner on 29 May 2027 and is unable to arrange a substitute attendee, no refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
   • 2.10 Accommodation and Travel- Registration fees do not include accommodation, flights, airport transfers, parking, travel insurance, or other travel-related expenses. Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for these expenses separately.
