Job description
  • Fixed-term, approx. 10-11 months practitioner focussed front-line sales role covering Sydney CBD, Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs. This is a highly profitable territory with a strong portfolio of Allied Health Practitioners.
  • Excellent opportunity for a qualified naturopath or similar to represent BioCeuticals, our leading range of practitioner products.

Our profile for a Practitioner Sales Consultant is different from what you expect from lots of sales roles.  What sets us apart is our ability to listen, understand and educate our customers, this is our number one priority.  The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain meaningful and commercially sound relationships with key Allied Health Clinics and Health Food Store customers to drive education, recommendation and advocacy for our products, enabling us to deliver our business objectives and sales target within a defined territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified practitioner to represent the BioCeuticals portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage the strategic partnerships with key Allied Health Clinic and Health Food Store customers to drive education, recommendation and advocacy for our products, enabling us to deliver our business objectives and sales targets
  • Effectively manage a sales territory and retailer relationships whilst implementing marketing and promotion plans
  • Effective routine territory planning
  • Meet customer call frequency
  • Category Captaincy

Who are you?

  • A qualified Naturopath with previous sales experience, ideally in-field territory management
  • Must be vaccinated against covid 19
  • Must be based on territory in Eastern/North Sydney.
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive decisions
  • Understanding of a sales cycle and customer journey
  • Knowledge of an Allied Health Clinic and Health Food Store environment
