Tiffany Wee

Female Practitioner

Overview

Born in Singapore and trained as a naturopath in Australia over 25 years ago, Tiffany Wee brings a deeply integrative and evidence-based approach to modern healing. She maintains her accreditation with the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) and is a fully certified practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP) — one of the few in Asia to hold this gold-standard qualification.

Tiffany’s clinical work blends functional medicine science with the art of gentle living. She specialises in gut health, hormonal balance, metabolic and weight-regulation pathways, chronic inflammation, stress resilience, and women’s wellness across the lifespan. Her practice integrates advanced diagnostics — including GI-MAP, DUTCH, DNA Life testing, Organic Acids Testing (OAT), and allergy panels — with nutrition, lifestyle therapeutics, mindfulness, homeopathy, and natural medicine to address root causes with precision and compassion.

Across her career, Tiffany has worked in globally renowned wellness destinations, including Chiva-Som, COMO Shambhala, Conrad Maldives, ESPA, Verita Wellness, and Balanced Living. These diverse settings have shaped her client-centred, integrative philosophy and her ability to translate complex science into simple, meaningful shifts.

Widely recognised for her warmth, clarity, and clinical insight, Tiffany has supported individuals worldwide in achieving deep, lasting change. She is also a sought-after educator and speaker, having presented for organisations such as Google, Aveda, LinkedIn, Bentley, ION Orchard, PayPal, and TripAdvisor.

A qualified mindfulness teacher, Tiffany completed formal training with the University of California San Diego’s Center for Mindfulness, becoming the first in Asia to offer its Mindful Eating program. She continues to facilitate mindfulness and lifestyle-based workshops, weaving emotional, mental, and behavioural wellbeing into her holistic approach.

Tiffany’s mission is simple yet profound: to guide individuals back to balance — hormonally, metabolically, emotionally, and spiritually — so they can live with vitality, clarity, and renewed connection to themselves.
