Applications open for the NHAA Research Capacity Building Grant

The NHAA Research Capacity Building (RCB) grant, is designed to support the development of student and early career researchers engaged in naturopathic practice research. The grant aims to strengthen the profession’s research capacity and contribute to the evidence base for naturopathic medicine, in alignment with the goals of the WHO Traditional medicine Strategy 2025 – 2034.

Building the research capacity of the discipline of naturopathy is fundamental to the development of naturopathic practice and education and the future of naturopathy as a primary health discipline in the healthcare workforce of Australia. With several Australian naturopathic researchers already ranking in the Stanford University Top 2% of scientists worldwide, Australia is well positioned as a research leader. We envision the RCB grant creating even more opportunities for academic leadership.
