NHAA local chapters are groups set up and run by NHAA full members in their local communities. They are open to both members and non members and are aimed at supporting and encouraging networking within their local area, they run regular meetings, talks, outings and events and are a valuable source of support and information for all that attend. She is widely recognised for her work in complex and chronic conditions, paediatric health and health optimisation medicine.
In this session, Jodi will explore the role of the ECS – one of the body’s key regulatory systems influencing sleep, stress response, pain perception, appetite, mood and hormonal balance. She’ll also discuss how lifestyle factors such as nutrition, light exposure, stress management and gut health play a role in supporting this important system.
