Jacqui Fahey

Executive Officer

With over 25 years of experience as a naturopath, educator and business developer, Jacqui is passionate about driving advocacy and supporting continued growth for complementary medicine through business partnerships, collaboration with practitioners and assisting higher education training institutions.

In her previous role as Head of Education, Jacqui helped build an education team, delivering engaging and informative content for healthcare professionals and the general public.

She is committed to building and nurturing partnerships with the practitioner community, industry, professional associations, government agencies and leading education institutions, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture for improving public health and increasing support and awareness for the complementary medicine sector.Jacqui has been involved in several projects and initiatives to promote nutrition in hospitals and patient advocacy with Healthshare NSW.

In her spare time, she is an avid reader and traveller and loves a good chai tea.

Clair Ingleton

Membership & Customer Support Officer

Clair has a wealth of administrative experience having worked in an administrative capacity for over 20 years.  From receptionist in a medical center, to executive assistant in a large banking corporation, to director of operations in a not for profit, Clair has enjoyed a variety of positions that administration offers.

Clair is also a naturopath and Buteyko practitioner who has returned to study, this time undertaking a degree in physiotherapy.  Clair is passionate about helping people to choose an actively healthy lifestyle whilst enjoying delicious wholesome foods. When not working, studying, or being taxi to her children, Clair enjoys cooking, horse riding and being at one with nature.

Kathy Ferris

Event Manager

As Event Manager for the NHAA, Kathy brings an extensive background in delivering innovative and high-impact event solutions across the government, private, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. Her diverse portfolio spans everything from the launch of the world’s largest passenger aircraft to the debut of the smallest mobile phone—demonstrating her ability to manage events at both ends of the scale with equal finesse.

In addition to product launches, Kathy has successfully delivered conferences, award ceremonies, incentive programs, gala dinners, cocktail receptions, and large-scale festivals both in Australia and abroad.

Her deep passion for conferencing drives her to consistently challenge conventional formats, resulting in experiences that are not only engaging and memorable but also strategically aligned and content-rich.

Sarah Allard

Marketing and Events Coordinator
Sarah brings a dynamic mix of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication to her role at NHAA. With a Master’s in Health Management and Leadership and a background as a registered nurse, she offers a unique perspective on the healthcare system and the role complementary medicine plays within it.
Throughout her career, Sarah has collaborated on complex healthcare projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment and impactful communication to support health advocacy and wellbeing. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to people and purpose driven by the belief that genuine, person-centred care and meaningful connection are at the heart of lasting impact.
Having engaged with naturopathy since the 1990s, Sarah is passionate about the value naturopaths bring to the healthcare system and understands the opportunities and challenges the profession faces – from regulation and funding to increasing public understanding and recognition.
In her role as Marketing & Events Coordinator, Sarah is excited to support NHAA’s mission by creating meaningful campaigns and events that drive awareness, foster engagement, and promote the value of Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine in Australia.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys coastal walks with her camera and a well-curated Spotify playlist.

Monika

CPD and Customer Support Officer

Monika’s career began in corporate finance, where she spent 20 years working in accounting and business management. Inspired by a love for movement, nutrition, and holistic health, she made a career change, first qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist before following her passion into naturopathy and nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition.

Since 2009, Monika has supported individuals across all walks of life, combining natural therapies, evidence-based nutrition, and fitness coaching to help them achieve lasting health and wellbeing. She has a special interest in women’s health over 40, sports nutrition and performance, digestive health, and stress management. Monika’s approach focuses on empowering people to make sustainable changes that address the root causes of health concerns.

Outside of her professional life, Monika loves mountain biking, hiking, reading, and staying up to date with the latest health research. She is passionate about lifelong learning and helping others feel strong, energetic, and well at every stage of life.
