Patricia comes to our organisation with a wealth of experience in management, both in Australia and in Europe. Most recently she was the General Manager of the Institute of Public Accountants NSW & ACT. She is a strong Senior Manager and strategic thinker with extensive experience and track record of substantial achievements who thrives on inspiring and coaching teams and on bringing the business to the next level. She has worked in Europe and Asia for some of the world’s best brands, across aviation, professional services as well as Australian industry bodies.
She has built up a strong expertise in broad disciplines across sales, strategic accounts, customer service and operations.
Lorraine VineMembership & Administration Officer
Lorraine has a background in administration, which she has combined with 27 years practice as a Professional Homeopath in the Macarthur area. She worked for many years at the Australian Register of Homeopaths (AROH) undertaking Health Fund and CPD compliance and executive support to the Board of Directors.
Lorraine has 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren and a love of travelling, both locally and overseas.
Jenny CoghlanMembership & Administration Officer
Jen comes to NHAA with an abundance of experience in customer service and administrative support gained mainly in the retail and legal sectors, most recently working for iconic Australian brand RM Williams.
In a former life as a makeup artist, Jen worked helping brides look their best for their wedding day… with the occasional pirate or zombie thrown in for indie film and television projects.
Outside of work Jen is mum to 2 cheeky kids, runs a business selling her art and has a love of all things Disney.
Clair IngletonMembership & Administration Officer
Clair’s main responsibilities are processing new memberships and renewals, updating the membership database and any member related inquiries. Clair is also a practicing naturopath and Buteyko practitioner who has a clinic in Bowral NSW. Her main areas of interest within naturopathy are womens and children’s health. Clair is passionate about re-educating adults and children about choosing a healthy enjoyable lifestyle and eating delicious wholesome foods. When not working, Clair is usually cooking something delicious for her family or is outside getting back to nature.
Kathy FerrisEvent Manager
As Event Manager for the NHAA, Kathy brings with her some 30 years of experience from delivering event solutions across government, private, corporate and not for profit sectors She has produced a broad range of events from the launch of the largest passenger aircraft in the world, to the launch of the smallest mobile phone and everything in-between. Aside from product launches, she has worked on conferences, awards events, incentives, celebratory dinners, cocktail parties and festivals. Her passion for conferencing allows her to push the boundaries in order to deliver memorable and informative events.
