Who are we?
Yours Only is an Australian made, female founded skin and hair care brand with a passion for health and wellness. The brand was founded off the back of Ashli Templer’s lifelong experience with skin and health conditions, where she couldn’t find anything in the market that suited her sensitive body, and also looked cute on her bathroom vanity. Yours Only launched in August 2020 with two products, CLEAN and COAT, and now have a full multi-use range suitable for the whole family. Based in Richmond, Melbourne, our days are spent talking to community members and making friends with like-minded people.
Yours Only is stocked in 300 Priceline stores nationwide, all Chemist Warehouse NZ stores, and is looking to expand globally. There are big plans for the next 12 months, with an opening for someone to join our team to nurture our community.
We work out of Yours Only Studios — a co-working space + studio filled with 20+ amazing creative marketing freelancers and a genuinely good energy. Regular catch ups, and good chats with people we call friends.
What’s in it for you?
- You’re joining a tight-knit, ambitious team who are genuinely invested in your growth — not just your output
- Hybrid flexibility — split your week between home and the office (2–3 days in)
- A workspace worth showing up for — we’re based inside Yours Only Studios, a creative hub founded by Ash. Think collaborative energy, incredible freelancers and creatives all around you, and yes — regular wines with the people who’ll quickly become your friends
- Dog-friendly office (the best kind of office)
- Real support structures — weekly check-ins and monthly growth WIPs so you’re never left guessing where you stand or where you’re headed
- A front-row seat to international expansion — as the brand grows into global markets, so does your role and your skillset
Who we’re looking for
A trained naturopath who’s passionate about helping others. We spend time getting to know each customer individually and provide tailored, genuine advice based on their current lifestyle. This isn’t a typical customer experience person — it’s someone who shows empathy and loves talking to people.
This role suits someone who’s energised by conversation and variety, and who finds genuine satisfaction in the small stuff — a thoughtful DM reply, a well-organised team lunch, a customer who feels properly heard.
You’ll report into both the founder and the Campaign + Content Manager, with additional support from our VA and coordinator.
What you will do

- Translate formulation knowledge into clear, calm, and practical guidance that feels reassuring and easy to follow
- Recommend products and simple routines based on individual triggers, current routines, and lifestyle factors
- Educate on safe product use, including patch testing, layering, and when to avoid certain ingredients
- Lead with empathy when handling sensitive skin concerns, creating a supportive and non-judgemental experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Yours Only range, including ingredient exclusions, dermatological testing, and barrier-focused formulations.
Customer and community
- Take ownership of and respond to customer service emails in a friendly and approachable manner, using our customer log processes
- Get to know our community through TikTok, Instagram and Facebook DMs
- Respond to every comment across our social media platforms, diving deeper into conversations where it matters
- Problem-solve missing orders and liaise with Australia Post and our NZ 3PL to resolve delivery issues
- Report to the team on community trends, feedback and conversations we can explore further
- Go beyond our current community and reach new people through thoughtful outreach and engagement
- Grow and nurture our community so every customer feels seen and valued
- Help plan and bring to life community events and activations — from intimate gatherings to bigger brand moments
Outreach and partnerships
- Connect with dermatologists, doctors, naturopaths and Pilates and yoga studios to place our products in their clinics and studios
- Build and maintain a network of practitioners and partners who align with our brand
- Get our product into the hands of key voices in the derm, medical and wellness space
- Feature in our content sharing health and wellness tips based on your expertise
Office and culture
- Be the heartbeat of the office — organising team events and celebrations, and keeping our space one people love coming to (yes, that includes the bins and the snack restock)
All hands
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and help in the warehouse during our 4 major sale periods each year
What does our dream person look like?
- A trained naturopath
- Available full time, Monday to Friday
- Available to work out of our Melbourne office minimum 2–3 days per week
- Client-facing or customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication skills
- Obsessed with problem solving
Bonus points for:
