Job descriptionResponsibilities:
– Set up and run the market stall on weekends, from opening to closing
– Provide excellent customer service to potential customers
– Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner about our brand and products
– Carry out tasting samples for relevant products
– Demonstrate the benefits of our products and provide advice on usage
– Meet sales targets
– Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the market stall
– Provide feedback to the management team on customer feedback, and any issues
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and potential customers for future business
– Promote the brand on social media channels (if relevant)
Requirements:
– Background in naturopathy or nutrition is preferred, but not required
– Strong interest in natural health and wellness
– Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
– Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
– Warm, welcoming, and vibrant personality
– Ability to work on weekends
– Well presented
– Must be able to front the stall fee (will be reimbursed after)
– Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation
– Must be willing to travel to market locations in the Northern Rivers or Northern Beaches area
