- Prescribing liquid herbal formulas, powders, capsules
- Customer-facing retail skills (effectively communicates via phone, email, and in-person, demonstrates proficiency in entering and locating information using computer or mobile technologies)
- Providing an excellent service to patients by forming productive relationships and sound advice about potential natural treatments for certain health-related conditions
- Expected to report to the manager, pharmacist or supervisor
- Provide an excellent level of customer care consistently
- Exceed expectations to provide individualised health solutions to a diverse range of clients
- Conduct consultations with patients to assess their health concerns and identify contributing factors to treat their conditions and illnesses
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio and Readily learns new pharmacy-related computer software applications in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a willingness to meet client needs with sound product knowledge of product lines, including pharmaceuticals and complementary options
- Uphold a professional working relationship with all clients and Create engaging, written educational content for customers in the pharmacy setting and online platforms (such as social media)
- Bachelor of Health and Science or an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy
- Current First Aid Certificate
