On the 10th May 2023, the NHAA stepped into the role of Chair of the World Naturopathic Federation (WNF). This is a momentous occasion for our association and an honoured opportunity to represent Australian naturopaths and herbalists in an international organisation.
Our representative, who will move into the role of WNF president on behalf of the NHAA, is Tobey-Anne Pinder. As a former Board Director and Vice President of the NHAA, and former 2nd Vice President of the WNF, Tobey is intimately acquainted with the dynamics of this position and with our profession at both national and global levels.
We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the huge contribution of outgoing WNF president, Dr Iva Lloyd, who has sat at the helm of the international federation from its formation. Her tireless work in international advocacy for naturopathic medicine is deeply appreciated and she leaves an inspiring legacy of integrity and commitment.
