Is there accommodation available on-site or nearby ?

NHAA has negotiated a special rate for Herbal Medicine Summit delegates at the Novotel Resort Sunshine Coast. For a cost effective option, why not plan ahead and share a room. We have also negotiated a special delegate rate at the Sebel Twin Waters (11 min walk from the Novotel Resort). The Sebel Twin Waters 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are very cost effective if you plan on sharing with colleagues. For more information about accommodation options and to book click here.

Can I purchase a ticket on-site at the Summit?

Yes, you can, however purchasing on-site will attract a $60 administration fee on top of the Standard Delegate ticket price.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or am unable to attend?

Refunds are not available, however, as the ticket holder, you are free to find a substitute up until 19 May. If you are unable to find a substitute, we will switch your registration over to on-line – meaning you can access the recordings of the ‘on-stage’ sessions approximately 3 weeks after the conclusion of the Summit. No refunds will be given should a price difference be incurred. You can view the T&C’s here.

Which meals are provided at the Summit?

During Summit Hours the following is provided: Day 1 – Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea as well as Canapes/drinks during the Networking Function. Day 2 – Morning Tea and Lunch. Barista coffee sponsored by Torrens University will also be available. Breakfast and dinner is not provided, however, there are options available at the Novotel Resort or there’s a selection of restaurants and cafes located on Ocean Drive approximately 14min walk away.

Will my dietary requirement be catered for?

Sometimes, in order to satisfy a particular dietary requirement we need to provide catering on a separate special dietary table away from the main buffet. We have noted in the past that some of these specially prepared meals go untouched and unfortunately end up in the bin. We are conscious of food waste and ask that you are too. If you have complex requirements such as allergies or are vegan, we need to know this so we can arrange appropriate catering for you which will be served on a table separate from the main buffet stations. We will be providing an extensive array of foods which are Gluten and Dairy Free as well as plenty of vegetarian options for the duration of the summit. Those without any dietary requirements will also have a wide variety of food to choose from. Dietary preferences – ie: a dislike for a particular food cannot be catered for however, there’s sure to be plenty of alternative foods on offer for you.

How and when will I receive my CPD Hours and how many will I receive?

You will receive a total of 20 CPD hours. If you are an NHAA Member, your hours will automatically be added to your NHAA Membership upon conclusion of the Summit. If you are not a member, you will receive a certificate during the week after the Summit has concluded.

I will be driving, will there be on-site parking?

Yes! Free on-site parking is available at the Novotel Resort

Will there be workshops and how do I join?

Yes! There will be a number of exciting and engaging workshops available. Information is available on our website and bookings will open at 9:00am on 30 April.

Is the Novotel Resort an accessible venue?
